Custom Formula Request

This custom formula request is designed for people who would like a custom herbal formula without booking a full initial appointment. You will fill out a short form with a few questions about what you are looking for, along with some basic safety information, and I will use that information to create a tailored recommendation.

The fee for this service is $20, plus the cost of your formula. Payment is completed through Squarespace, and your order will then be fulfilled through Apotheka Herbal for pickup or delivery.

This service works best when you are focusing on one main concern and do not need the depth of a 60-minute consultation. If your situation is more complex, or if a fuller assessment would better support you, I may suggest booking an initial consultation instead.

Once you submitted the form, please e-transfer $20 to hello@meganmcdonough.ca, password: herbalism.

Once your form & payment are submitted, I will review everything carefully and reach out if I need any additional details before preparing your formula. My goal is to make this process simple, thoughtful, and supportive while still keeping safety in mind.

Apotheka herbal will then follow up with you for shipping/pick up & payment for your custom formula.
